DJ Lynch Bio
DJ Lynch is one of the most respected and known DJs in southern Alabama. Spinning for the last 16 years in Mobile Alabama, his flawless mixes and wide ranged music selection continues to rock the crowds all over the Gulf Coast.
From Mobile AL, Brannon “DJ Lynch” got his start in local skating rinks in 1995 and eventually evolved his craft into becoming a full time nightclub DJ in 1999. Since then, he has appeared and headlined various spots all over the southeast US (Atlanta, Biloxi, Panama City Beach, Pensacola FL, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lafayette. Etc.) as well as holding residencies in some of the largest nightclubs in Mobile AL.
DJ Lynch’s musical style pulls heavily from the musical influences the south, namely the freestyle music from the late 80s, miami bass music of the 90s and the breaks of the early 2000s. Having played everything from 80’s and Disco to Rock and Mainstream/Top 40 to Booty and Hip Hop to Underground and Techno for crowds ranging from as small as 25 to as large as 3500+, DJ Lynch has developed an exceptional ability to be able to read a crowd and play the appropriate music that will keep the dance floor filled for hours on end.
Playing off these influences, in 2004 DJ Lynch started producing Ehop remixes, or the blend of electronic beats and hip hop vocals, under the indie dance label Livewire Entertainment, based out of Atlanta, GA. Under Livewire Entertainment, he produced 3 full length CDs and roughly 30 Ehop remix tracks, which can still be heard in the clubs today in the south.
After obtaining his MBA from the University of South Alabama, DJ Lynch tried his hand at club ownership in 2009 by opening a 7000 square foot nightclub, DV8 Nightclub, in Mobile, AL. DV8 Nightclub was a huge success, boasting crowds of upwards of 1000 people nightly, and was frequented by Hip Hop Celebrities (such as Young Joc, Rich Boy, Yo Gotti, Iyaz, etc.), NCAA and NFL players (Nick Fairley, Jamarcus Russell, Antonio Coleman, etc.) and the the largest DJs from the southern US (Kidd Star, DJ Doc Roc, DVDJ Crush, etc.).
After 2 years of the business end of nightclub ownership, DJ Lynch is now refocusing his time and efforts on his first true love, spinning music and videos for the masses.
