Your input helps set boundaries for the day. When it comes time for execution, my role is to take ownership of what happens in the room so you don’t have to manage it yourself.

On the day itself, I focus on execution. Weddings are live events, and things don’t always go exactly as planned. I manage pacing, transitions, and flow in real time so the celebration unfolds naturally and guests stay engaged.

PLANNING
Planning is about making sure nothing important is missed, not scripting every moment.
During the planning process, you’ll share your priorities, preferences, and any specific moments or considerations that matter to you. That gives me the insight I need to prepare properly and understand what’s important to you.
As the wedding approaches, we’ll review timelines, logistics, and final details, and I’ll coordinate with your other vendors so everything is aligned.
When the day arrives, the planning has done its job. You’re able to hand things off, stay present, and enjoy the celebration, knowing the flow of the night is being handled.
PRICING
Wedding entertainment is an investment in how your celebration runs, not just how it sounds.
I offer structured wedding packages that cover the core needs of a wedding, with additional production options available based on your venue and personal preferences. These additions are designed to elevate the atmosphere without complicating the planning process.
Pricing is based on coverage, logistics, and any production elements you choose to include. Rather than publishing generic price ranges, details are shared after I review your event information so recommendations are accurate and appropriate.

DJ Lynch Events is an owner-operated business. From the first conversation through the wedding day itself, you’ll work directly with me. I handle the music, announcements, and transitions throughout the event.
You don’t need to worry about timing, music decisions, or keeping the night on track. I coordinate with your planner and other vendors as needed so everything moves smoothly from one moment to the next.
